Dear Rose Elementary Families,

We are so excited to welcome you back for a fantastic new school year! Please join us for our Welcome Home Event to reconnect with friends, check class lists, tour the school, and kick off the year together.

⏰ Time: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM

What’s Happening at the Event?

• The Mailbox (Class Lists): Find out who your child's teacher will be this year! (Note: If you don't see your child's name, please check in with the Front Office).

• Neighborhood Tour: Take a tour of the campus led by our Student Ambassadors!

• Front Porch Selfie Booth: Snap a fun photo to celebrate the new school year.

• The Fridge (Popsicles): Cool off with a FREE popsicle!

• Kona Ice: Available for purchase on site.

• The Home Library: Grab FREE books to take home and enjoy!

• Family Closet (Spirit Wear Swap): Have old Rose spirit wear that doesn't fit anymore? Bring it to swap- take what you need, leave what you can! You can also order our new Spirit Wear!

• The Welcome Mat (Chalk Walk): Grab some chalk and leave a fun message of encouragement on the sidewalk.

• The Writing Desk (Kindness Cards): Write or draw a quick note of encouragement for our teachers and staff!

🍎 Help Us "Stock the Lounge"!

We want to surprise our amazing teachers and staff with a lounge full of treats! If you'd like to contribute, you can drop off donations at our Stock the Lounge Table during the event, or at the Front Office during the first two days of school.

Requested Items:

• Drinks: Soda, Coffee, Tea, Sparkling Water

• Snacks: Chips, Jerky, Popcorn, Trail Mix, Granola Bars, Candy, Fruit Cups

• Other: Microwaveable Meals & Individually Packaged Snacks/Treats
